Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of Rivinci MCP Tool, a SaaS platform operated by Rinoova S.r.l. (VAT IT18432621003), Via Jacopo della Quercia 32, 00155 Rome, Italy. By registering, you agree to these terms.

Service Description

Rivinci MCP Tool allows you to generate, build, and deploy Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers from OpenAPI specifications. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys.
• You must ensure that your use of the service complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Prohibited Use

You may not use the service for:

• Cryptocurrency mining or any activity that consumes excessive compute resources.
• Denial-of-service attacks or any activity that disrupts the platform.
• Any illegal activity or activity that violates third-party rights.

Service Availability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for paid plans. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure (Google Cloud Run, Firebase).

AI-Generated Content

The MCP server code generated by our platform is AI-assisted. You acknowledge that:

• Generated code must be reviewed before use in production environments.
• Rinoova S.r.l. is not liable for errors in AI-generated code or its consequences.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days then permanently deleted. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.
